Dear guests and supporters,
We hope you are all taking care and making the best of the current situation. At Coes Faen Spa Lodge we are all well and also taking care.
We have been reviewing our operations continually since the Covid-19 outbreak became a pandemic, and assessing risks to health. Our first priority is always the health and wellbeing of our guests and our team colleagues, and following the latest Government advice and assessing the risks we concluded that the only responsible course of action, despite elevating hygiene practices to mitigate disease transmission risks, was to close for a period. We have therefore temporarily closed for 6 weeks and have informed all our lovely guests who were planning to stay or dine with us during the rest of March and all of April.
Most have asked to re-book later in the year, and we look forward to welcoming them when we as a society are able to return to something more resembling normality.
Sincere apologies to all guests who have been disappointed by this, but also thanks for all your supportive feedback and understanding. We will keep you updated as the situation unfolds -- we plan to review our reopening plans in mid-April and will of course let you know.
Meanwhile, you may find pleasure in planning your next stay with us to celebrate a special event, or simply to recover from this unprecedentedly stressful period – you can book in advance or simply buy a voucher as a promise to yourself to come and enjoy the magical experience of staying at the Lodge in the future when things are more certain.
